No, you need to create an account first.
Once you created an account and signed in successfully, please follow these simple steps:
• Select the specialty you are looking for
• Select the location and optionally you can select the “near me” option
• Pick up an appropriate date for the appointment and optionally you can select the “open now only” option
• Click on the find button
You will find a variety of clinics which matches your search criteria. You can choose from those clinics depending on your preference and proceed with the rest of the booking procedure.
You will receive an email with the booking details and the location of the clinic. Also, the appointment will appear under “my appointments” tab.
Yes, however, this is only possible if the doctor allows users to do so. The doctor also decides on the allowed time prior to cancellation e.g. “Allow appointment cancellation only up to 48 hours max. Prior to actually booked time”.
